Webstore Orders

Any orders made through my website are considered custom orders. I do not have any of these premade, I must cut and sew anything ordered. Due to this, orders may take up to two weeks to be shipped. If you want a particular color solid to match the print you ordered, or if you'd like something made in all print versus print lined with solid, please either contact me directly or add a note to the Paypal shopping cart.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Regretfully, we cannot accept returns on any fleece items. Due to health concerns, since I cannot be completely sure that the items were not used, they cannot be returned. If you find you need to cancel an order BEFORE it has shipped, a refund minus 20% can be discussed. Once an order has been shipped, there are no cancellations or returns.

Payment Methods

Of course Paypal is a preferred method of payment, but I also accept money orders. If you would like to send a money order, please contact me at thegliderplayroom@gmail.com with your order and I will give you a snail mail address for payment. Please make sure to include fabric choices with your email.

Custom Orders

If you are looking for a particular color or print, feel free to contact me to discuss a custom order. I'm always open to purchasing new prints or colors. I also do orders where the customer sends me their own fabric to ensure a perfect match. If you are sending in your own fabric I also give a discount on normal pricing- discount will vary for amount of fabrics used/needed, and hardware used/needed.
